Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute US strategy for engagement with Defense Primes/OEM clients for vertical construction, facilities delivery, and architectural/engineering design.
  • •Drive growth strategy, client relationships, pipeline development, and capture across AECOM’s Design practice.
  • •Ensure delivery performance for defense-related facilities and program office space delivered at prime sites and government installations.
  • •Lead hands-on account execution while collaborating with US DOW teams and global defense leaders.
  • •Manage and operate across geographies and multidisciplinary teams to strengthen client partnerships.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS with 20+ years’ experience or equivalent, including 4 years of leadership experience.
  • •U.S. citizenship required.
  • •Direct delivery experience on vertical construction projects (architecture/engineering/A&E discipline).
  • •Proven experience working with Defense Primes/OEM clients and US DOW agencies on facilities and vertical construction programs.
  • •Demonstrated success leading accounts, complex pursuits, and multi-region delivery.
