Key Responsibilities

  • •Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, with a focus on construction contracts (including AIA), engineering contracts, procurement contracts, and related documents.
  • •Advise management and internal clients on legal risks across engineering, procurement, construction, and other project lifecycle phases.
  • •Provide internal education on updates in construction law and other changes impacting facility design, construction, and operations.
  • •Continuously improve legal operations, including work processes, forms, software systems, policies, and guidebooks.
  • •Manage routine legal processes such as task tracking, reporting, and working with paralegal staff.

Key Requirements

  • •JD degree with at least 5 years of relevant legal experience.
