Workload and Capacity Management Officer

Oversee and optimize workload and resource distribution across teams and projects by analyzing current capacity, forecasting future demand, and creating capacity plans aligned to anticipated needs. Monitor actual workloads to identify bottlenecks or idle resources, recommend allocation and prioritization changes, and ensure critical workloads meet SLAs. Maintain capacity/performance monitoring tools, generate capacity reports, assess capacity-related risks, and present data-driven insights to management.
