Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct regular assessments of current resource capacity (e.g., staffing levels and resources).
  • •Forecast future demand using business strategy, marketing plans, and historical usage trends; develop capacity plans for upgrades or scale-downs.
  • •Monitor and analyze actual workload across teams and systems to identify bottlenecks or idle resources and recommend allocation/prioritization adjustments to maximize efficiency and prevent burnout.
  • •Set up and maintain tools for performance and capacity monitoring; generate capacity reports on utilization, workload trends, and capacity risks.
  • •Identify and assess capacity-related risks and propose mitigation strategies to prevent service disruption; present insights to management for informed investment decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •Several years of progressive experience in Capacity Management, Workload Management, IT Service Management (ITSM), Operations, or Data Analysis.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • •Proficiency in data modeling and statistical analysis.
  • •Competency in capacity planning and monitoring tools (e.g., MS Excel, Power BI/Tableau, or enterprise-level CWM software).
