Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate and maintain pipelines, compressors, and auxiliary equipment, including engines, turbines, motors, pumps, dehydration/process equipment, valves, and seals.
  • •Install, repair, service, and maintain pipeline components and related measurement/storage well equipment, including corrosion control systems.
  • •Maintain and make minor repairs to operate equipment used at compressor stations, pipelines, and process plants; start/stop engines and pumps within operating parameters.
  • •Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, regulatory requirements, and company tariff requirements; perform governmental compliance activities (DOT, State Agencies, EPA, USFS, etc.).
  • •Oversee third-party construction/maintenance, train/mentor personnel as required, address safety and environmental concerns, and complete documentation/record keeping.

Key Requirements

  • •High school degree or equivalent.
  • •Basic computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office, various operating systems, and other company software.
  • •Basic math skills and knowledge of operating costs and best practices for the equipment in the area of responsibility.
  • •Maintain a valid driver’s license and be able to respond to callouts and emergencies during and after regular business hours.
  • •Preferred but not required: experience reading and interpreting blueprints, P&IDs, and other diagrams, plus safe handling practices for flammable gases/liquids and high/low pressure systems.
