Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the dedicated technical relationship owner for Tier 1 Wise Platform partners post-launch, working alongside the Account Manager within the account team.
  • •Build expertise in partner integrations, architecture, and technical roadmaps; proactively identify risks, technical debt, and opportunities to improve integration health.
  • •Investigate and resolve complex technical blockers across APIs, webhooks, authentication, data flows, and existing integrations using logs, monitoring tools, documentation, and data to reach root causes.
  • •Partner with Integration Support and Engineering during complex incidents, then own partner-specific follow-through and preventative improvements to resolution.
  • •Own ongoing technical health across SLA adherence, monitoring performance, troubleshooting, and best practices; advocate partner feedback internally and support adoption of technical updates through change management.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 230,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in technical account management, solutions engineering, technical customer success, post-sales engineering, or a related technical customer-facing role supporting complex enterprise/strategic accounts.
  • •Experience owning the ongoing technical health of enterprise customers over time, beyond initial go-live or implementation.
  • •Hands-on comfort working with APIs, webhooks, authentication, databases, and modern integration standards.
  • •Ability to troubleshoot API-based integrations using logs, monitoring tools, API documentation, and data to identify root causes.
  • •Experience leading technical change (e.g., API migrations, authentication changes, platform updates, deprecations, or new feature adoption) and influencing engineering/product decisions.
