•Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and recommend actions to enhance store performance.
•Support recruiting, training, performance evaluation, and provide feedback to improve individual and team performance while enforcing policies and procedures.

•Provide feedback and guidance to improve individual performance and hold the team accountable for goals and KPIs.
