Key Responsibilities

  • •Retain and expand relationships with a defined portfolio of approximately 250 Corporate Card Clients across multiple industries.
  • •Achieve annual charge volume and growth targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction and reducing attrition.
  • •Create client strategies, internal account plans, client business plans, and account reviews.
  • •Perform day-to-day account reviews, issue resolution, and needs assessments to embed additional products and digital tools.
  • •Identify risk factors and protect the portfolio against charge volume loss, synthesizing insights from customer conversations and internal resources.
