Key Responsibilities

  • •Set the standard for AI-native development across the organization, coaching engineers to integrate AI tooling into architecture, design, and delivery.
  • •Lead architectural design and technical direction for systems spanning multiple teams to ensure extensibility, scalability, and enterprise-grade quality.
  • •Tackle complex challenges involving data gravity, security, and system coupling across teams and organizational boundaries.
  • •Define code review and quality standards adopted across engineering, and mentor senior and mid-level engineers through design reviews.
  • •Own strategic technical direction and execution of multi-quarter roadmaps for your platform area, including reliability, security, and operational standards, while partnering with global leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of professional software development experience leading complex, multi-quarter initiatives.
  • •Deep expertise across Python (backend services, APIs), React/TypeScript (frontend), and AWS cloud infrastructure.
  • •Hands-on fluency with modern AI development tools (AI coding assistants, agentic dev tools, AI-assisted code review) and ability to coach others.
  • •Strong system architecture experience with microservices and distributed systems across teams or organizational boundaries.
  • •Proven ability to introduce architectural patterns that become organization standards, with excellent collaboration and communication across technical and business stakeholders.
