Job Summary

Diagnose, repair, and troubleshoot Toyota Material Handling Equipment to resolve issues correctly on the first attempt. Perform mechanical and electrical repairs, including diagnosing electric/BT/VNA faults, and follow workshop manuals and service checklists to minimize repeat complaints. Recommend effective solutions, improve productivity and efficiency using service best practices, and maintain clear communication with the Foreman/Service Supervisor for all completed work.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of Toyota Material Handling Equipment to diagnose and repair efficiently.
•Perform mechanical and electrical repairs, troubleshooting, and diagnosing electric/BT/VNA issues.
•Read, understand, and implement instructions from workshop manuals and use service checklists to prevent repeat complaints.
•Diagnose faults and recommend effective solutions to resolve issues correctly the first time.
•Communicate and report work performed to the Foreman/Service Supervisor and identify potential problems in workshop and field.

Key Requirements

•Basic/technical education or an apprenticeship with a Trade Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering.
•Proven technical expertise in independently servicing, repairing, and overhauling components.
•At least 5 years of experience with material handling equipment, preferably Toyota/BT.
•Strong diagnostic skills in mechanical and electrical repairs, including electric/BT/VNA issue diagnosis.
•UAE driving license (manual) is mandatory.
