Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as primary escalation point and mechanical subject matter expert for commissioning activities across project phases.
  • •Review contractor submittals, shop drawings, and O&M documentation to ensure alignment with design intent and specifications.
  • •Own commissioning planning and execution, including traceability of Owner Project Requirements and validation of factory test procedures.
  • •Oversee third-party commissioning agents (CxA), including scope development, performance management, and oversight of Factory Witness Testing and startup validation.
  • •Drive quality and issue closure across commissioning phases, ensuring documentation completeness and support transition to operations.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in data center commissioning, construction, or critical infrastructure delivery.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related); equivalent commissioning experience considered.
  • •Deep knowledge of commissioning levels L1 through L5 and associated documentation/testing requirements.
  • •Hands-on experience with data center systems, including cooling infrastructure and BMS infrastructure.
  • •Proven experience managing third-party commissioning agents and holding vendors accountable to scope, schedule, and quality.
