Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and grow the Data team: lead hiring, own the interview loop, and set team identity, rituals, and standards.
  • •Own the Data Charter & Roadmap across leads/accounts data models, ETL pipelines, Data 360, Salesforce sync, analytics/insights, data integrations, and Data APIs.
  • •Guide end-to-end data architecture and engineering excellence across modeling, ingestion, sync, and serving to keep the data layer correct, fresh, observable, and reusable.
  • •Champion data quality and reliability by defining SLOs, data contracts, and operational discipline so product teams and AI agents can trust the layer.
  • •Partner cross-functionally with leadership and product teams to align priorities and deliver results through integrated, strategic data decision-making.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience managing engineering teams building data platforms, pipelines, or high-scale backend systems in high-growth environments.
  • •Strong technical depth in one or more areas such as PostgreSQL at scale, ClickHouse (or similar OLAP), CDC/event streaming, ETL orchestration, or data modeling for CRM-shaped domains.
