Key Responsibilities

  • •Prioritize daily stores activities, including satellite receiving and materials pick-up/drop-off at vendor sites using a van or truck.
  • •Perform cycle counts to verify and maintain inventory; locate, audit, and transfer kits/materials for shipment and prepare shortage reports.
  • •Receive parts and update inventory records/shortage reports; verify vendor delivery before accepting parts and/or inventory.
  • •Process non-conformances and regulate/prep material for delivery to the cleanroom environment; replenish line-side bins and regulate material movement to the manufacturing floor.
  • •Operate powered industrial vehicles (e.g., pallet jack, electric pallet jack, forklift, overhead crane) and follow safety standards and protocols.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including extended standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and lifting; ability to distinguish between colors.
  • •Ability to work in noisy environments and in tight spaces, including use of hand/power tools and operation of heavy machinery such as forklifts.
  • •May require cleanroom PPE (coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses, gloves, respirators, chemical aprons, face shields).
  • •Ability to investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies (cycle counts, shortages) and non-conformances using documented procedures.
  • •Proficiency with inventory transaction systems such as Oracle and SAP (or other inventory systems).
