Lead the startup and ongoing production planning for a greenfield Advanced Casting Foundry in Asheville, coordinating a cross-functional team from supervisors to operators. Drive EH&S, continuous improvement, and resource allocation to meet metrics; develop forecasts, training, and capital expenditure plans while delivering on customer requirements and delivering weekly/monthly production plans.

Key Responsibilities

•Be part of a cross functional team charged with standing up a greenfield foundry in Asheville
•Define and build a team that is responsive and flexible, empowering employees from supervisors to operators, to meet the business commitments
•Manage and coach work area supervisors that are responsible for supervising a multishift organization
•Accountable for leading EH&S, continuous process improvement opportunities, hourly staff planning, and critical resource allocation to ensure that business metrics are met
•The BUL also assists in the development of strategic planning such as the development of forecasts, financial planning, training, and capital expenditures

Key Requirements

•University degree or equivalent with minimum 10 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with minimum 7 years of related experience
