Job Summary

Lead enterprise regulatory change programs across financial and non-financial risk regulations, ensuring requirements are operationally embedded for ongoing compliance. Partner with stakeholders across lines of defense, business units, and operational teams to plan and deliver complex, cross-functional initiatives. Facilitate governance forums, manage program plans and risks, and build reporting and metrics to provide visibility to senior leadership. Drive change management and adoption of best practices.

•Manage program plans, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, and deliverables across multiple initiatives.
•Develop and maintain reporting, metrics, and business intelligence solutions; translate regulatory and business requirements into actionable project plans and operational solutions.

•Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
•At least 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, risk management, and regulatory change management within financial services.

•Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and enterprise-wide regulatory or transformation programs.
•Knowledge of agile delivery methodologies and change management practices; professional project management or change management certification is preferred.
