Branch Manager

Lead all facets of branch banking—driving sales, service, and operations—while coaching a team to achieve budgeted production goals. Manage relationships with high-value consumer and business customers, deepen internal partnerships, and initiate partner referrals to meet customer needs. Oversee recruitment/hiring, ensure compliance with operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies, and monitor branch sales, service, operations, and financial performance in both branch and digital channels.
