Job Summary

Join ADIB as an Operations Officer in the Transfer Unit based in Abu Dhabi. You will ensure smooth daily transfer operations, manage land department registrations, handle mortgages including government housing programs, verify documents, and maintain SLA adherence. You will support policy controls, escalate issues, track case progress, and contribute to SOP improvements to strengthen governance and client service in Islamic banking transfers.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure daily transfer operations are carried out in accordance with defined policies, procedures, and SLAs with no compromise.
•Manage transfer/registration at land departments by coordinating with customers and sales teams to process property registrations.
•Handle mortgages for government housing programs such as ADHA and SZHP and ensure timely appointment scheduling for registrations.
•Review cases from Booking to Mortgage perfection and complete tasks within the functional framework, escalating issues timely.
•Support Manager with formulation/updating SOPs and maintain MIS tracking of each case processed.

Key Requirements

•Thorough understanding of Banks Policies and Product Knowledge.
•Thorough understanding of Islamic Products.
•Ability to work with minimal supervision.
•Experience with transfer/registration processes at land departments and coordinating with customers and sales teams.
•Knowledge of Home Finance end-to-end processes, including mortgage perfection and related documentation.
