Job Summary

Lead technical solutions and support go-to-market growth for the Process Automation vertical focused on BESS and POWER, driving the Energy Control Management (ECM) business across Europe and META. Partner with business development and sales teams to shape opportunity strategies, conduct benchmarking of new technologies, and develop key alliances. Provide strategic consultative guidance, build strong customer relationships, define solution offers (including support materials), and represent the team at key industry events.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as a change agent by influencing, advising, and leading efforts to share and standardize best-in-class solutions.
•Coordinate value-based solution offerings across client segments and business lines, acting as a trusted client partner and aligning collaboration across SBUs.
•Provide strategic leadership and analytical consulting to business areas, sales, and vertical leadership.
•Align with sales teams and vertical leaders to drive customer growth strategy for the vertical.
•Establish and manage strategic third-party alliances; define and disseminate solution offers for industry segments (including supporting materials) and target accounts/clients.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
•More than five years of technical experience, especially executing electrical projects for battery energy storage systems, microgrids, microgrid control applications, and power generation.
•Additional five years of experience as a technical leader or business developer responsible for electrical project execution (battery energy storage, microgrids, microgrid control applications, combined cycle control and/or implementation).
•Advanced English level, minimum C1.
