Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver engaging Music lessons aligned to the curriculum and students’ needs across the ability range.
  • •Plan, organize classroom resources, create displays, and motivate pupils through enthusiastic, imaginative teaching.
  • •Assess and track student progress using Target Tracker, adjust teaching based on data, and provide feedback to parents at conferences and meetings.
  • •Follow the school’s behaviour policy and manage classes effectively, maintaining positive relationships and appropriate authority.
