Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure you have proper supplies and PPE before seeing patients.
  • •Use modern technology to access your schedule and commute to patient homes.
  • •Build rapport with patients, collect relevant information, and provide services comfortably and effectively.
  • •Perform diagnostic/low-acuity services including phlebotomy, specimen collection, diabetic foot screenings, retina exams, and ECGs.
  • •Label collected samples correctly and coordinate drop-off to the appropriate lab or shipment facility.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 45 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in venipuncture and the ability to provide high-quality care with professionalism, integrity, accountability, confidentiality, care, and compassion.
  • •Technologically savvy and comfortable using mobile devices for charting and HIPAA secure messaging apps for care coordination.
  • •Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to work independently or in a team environment with minimal supervision.
  • •State-required licensure/proof of training or national certification (where state licensure requirements do not apply), plus Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • •Valid driver’s license, current vehicle insurance, reliable transportation, and physical ability to access patient homes (including stairs) and carry up to 20 pounds.
