Key Responsibilities

•Ensure you have proper supplies and PPE before seeing patients.
•Use modern technology to access your schedule and commute to patient homes.
•Build rapport with patients, collect relevant information, and provide services comfortably and effectively.
•Perform diagnostic/low-acuity services including phlebotomy, specimen collection, diabetic foot screenings, retina exams, and ECGs.
•Label collected samples correctly and coordinate drop-off to the appropriate lab or shipment facility.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 45 hourly

Key Requirements

•Previous experience in venipuncture and the ability to provide high-quality care with professionalism, integrity, accountability, confidentiality, care, and compassion.
•Technologically savvy and comfortable using mobile devices for charting and HIPAA secure messaging apps for care coordination.
•Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to work independently or in a team environment with minimal supervision.
•State-required licensure/proof of training or national certification (where state licensure requirements do not apply), plus Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
•Valid driver’s license, current vehicle insurance, reliable transportation, and physical ability to access patient homes (including stairs) and carry up to 20 pounds.
