Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, implement, and enhance firmware and embedded solutions for industrial actuators.
  • •Analyze and optimize firmware performance; troubleshoot issues and perform root-cause analysis.
  • •Follow standard code development processes including secure coding, reuse, and portability; maintain documentation and bug tracking.
  • •Drive code reviews for quality and maintainability across the team.
  • •Manage product backlog and sprint execution (planning, progress tracking, stakeholder communication), and lead/mentor a small team to meet project deadlines.

  • •Bachelor’s degree in electronics engineering, electrical, or related field.
  • •8+ years of embedded firmware design, development, and troubleshooting.
  • •2+ years of experience managing small teams.
  • •Experience with 16/32-bit microcontrollers/microprocessors and low-level firmware for peripherals (Ethernet, USB, I2C, SPI, UART, Display, etc.).
  • •Proficiency in C/C++ for embedded systems and experience implementing industrial protocols such as HART, Modbus, Profibus, and FF.
