Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Data Science, Software Engineering or a related field; Master’s preferred (MBA or MS Engineering).
  • •8+ years of experience in a manufacturing strategy or analysis role with a track record of implemented insights.
  • •Experience developing insights and solutions using data visualization tools including Python, TypeScript, SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, and/or PLTR Foundry (and similar tools).
  • •Strong analytical skills to collect, organize, and analyze large datasets with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • •Experience with lean manufacturing/process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, plus strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
