Manufacturing Supervisor - VIM

Supervise rotating-shift production teams in support of departmental operations. Guide and direct employees, promptly address performance issues, and enforce company policies with a strong focus on safety. Plan and schedule operations in your assigned area, maintain organized and productive work areas, and communicate regularly with the shop floor. Coordinate priorities with other supervisors to achieve department and company goals, with oversight from the manager.
