Senior Director, People Operations, Systems & Data

Lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for People operations, systems, and data, partnering with the CPO and cross-functionally with Finance, IT, and G&A. Modernize core People infrastructure (HR systems, workflows, data governance, reporting), improve workforce-data architecture across key functions, and build a scalable operating model. Drive workforce data quality, People analytics, executive reporting, planning rhythms, and AI/automation opportunities—while hiring and leading a high-performing team.
