Job Summary

Evaluate and implement work processes to drive continuous improvement of the Quality System using Lean/DFT and ISO strategy. Lead internal audits, prepare/validate procedures, and generate PCARs while using process mapping, FMEA, ACPs, and nine-step problem solving to eliminate waste. Support facility scorecard objectives (Five S, Ergonomics, Operational Excellence), analyze process flow/cost/time, and may supervise employees. Facilitate quality improvement recognition and ensure EHS/ISO compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and implement continuous improvement actions for the Quality System and processes within the ISO platform, including procedure preparation/validation, internal audits, and PCAR generation.
•Conduct or lead process mapping, FMEA, ACPs, and nine-step problem solving to ensure processes continuously improve and operate in waste-elimination mode.
•Facilitate implementation of processes to meet facility strategic plan and scorecard objectives, including Five S, ISO, ergonomics, and operational excellence initiatives.
•Gather and analyze information to evaluate current work processes and determine flow, time requirements, costs, and duration.
•Execute quality audits, identify gaps, develop closure plans, and instruct others on continuous process improvement techniques.
