Key Responsibilities

  • •Improve the UX of the Retool core editor, addressing technical and usability challenges such as drag-and-drop performance and component behavior
  • •Expand the types of applications that can be built across different parts of the development process
  • •Debug customer problems and build features to address specific integrations or data handling needs
  • •Help assess and recruit future engineers
  • •Work on increasing the scalability of Retool’s platform, focusing on frontend performance and reducing query latencies
