Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain customer relationships across all relevant individuals in the district and perform regular customer visits.
  • •Manage, coach, and direct all customer engineers in the district, including objectives and performance appraisals, corrective actions, and formal employee updates.
  • •Serve as prime interface with Product Divisions (tech support, training, spares, reliability) and manage reporting needed for the business.
  • •Drive account planning with District Sales Engineers and provide support plans for system sales, including financial forecasting and cost-efficiency accountability.
