Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry out general labor and operations responsibilities under general supervision.
  • •Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading, including sampling and equipment connection/disconnection as needed.
  • •Load and unload agricultural inputs and control/monitor load-out functions using machinery and automated systems.
  • •Perform daily/weekly/monthly maintenance tasks and inspect equipment for leaks/seeps.
  • •Maintain safety and cleanliness, monitor inventory quality, complete record keeping, and report customer or safety concerns.

Key Requirements

  • •Must meet minimum age requirement.
  • •1+ years of experience in operations and/or business operations.
  • •Ability to operate machinery such as loaders, conveyors, tractors, and track mobile.
  • •Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons.
  • •High school diploma or GED preferred; CDL license or ability to attain one with Hazmat endorsement preferred.
