Key Responsibilities

  • •Escort defendants to and from courtrooms, cells and related areas, ensuring security and safety including assisting with handcuffed detainees.
  • •Monitor and supervise detainees in docks during court sessions to maintain security and wellbeing.
  • •Maintain discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive information discussed during court proceedings and provide support to detainees.
  • •Ensure detainees have access to food and drink and accommodate dietary requirements.
  • •Collaborate with court staff, law enforcement and legal professionals to ensure smooth court operations.
