Key Responsibilities

  • •Gain a deep understanding of the end-to-end customer journey and design onboarding experiences for each role.
  • •Spearhead product-led growth by partnering with Customer Success and owning transactional email triggered by product signals.
  • •Define and track adoption metrics to assess whether onboarding helps customers realize value sooner.
  • •Partner with Revenue Operations to define Product Qualified Leads (PQL) and determine routing.
  • •Own feature and UX changes that make onboarding easier and drive product adoption, and consult with other product teams on adoption frameworks.
