Technician (Facilities)

Oversee building facility systems including heating, lighting, refrigeration, air conditioning, plumbing, air filtering, and electrical components. Carry out painting, remodeling, and refurbishment as needed, and repair, maintain, and monitor equipment and amenities. Perform building maintenance tasks across one or more facility fields while following Raya’s business code of conduct and completing other assigned, job-related duties.
