Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive global contamination control strategy, programs, and performance to achieve zero customer deviations.
  • •Lead cross-functional alignment to resolve yield, reliability, and cleanroom-related contamination issues and mitigate risks.
  • •Develop and manage CC metrics, KPIs, and standardized processes; engage global CC community and external networks to maintain CC standards and methodologies.
  • •Enable contamination-safe capacity expansion by integrating CC into throughput and fab utilization programs and monitoring for early detection (AMC, particles, humidity, temperature).
  • •Define and govern global wafer shipment contamination control (FOUP/FOSB, nitrogen purge, mini-environment controls), and lead CC projects to reduce variation and support corporate goals.

Key Requirements

  • •Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • •Minimum 5 years of relevant wafer fab experience.
  • •Experience identifying and resolving process-related problems using failure analysis, FMEA, 8D, and SPC methodologies.
  • •Ability to drive yield improvement and cost reduction through process and contamination control optimization.
  • •Good communication in English and willingness to travel.
