Job Summary

Collaborate to execute the semester purchase plan by product channel and division, ensure adherence to orders on hand (OOH) and ISD timelines, and support demand-aligned OPD windows. Monitor delivery dates, coordinate with commercial teams during buy negotiations, and provide visibility into merchandise supply through timely reports. Drive improvements in planning data and price/change communications with OM to optimize stock availability.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute the semester purchase plan by channel and product division to achieve OOH (Orders on Hand) and ISD (InStore Day) targets.
•Coordinate and monitor the procurement negotiation process with commercial areas to ensure alignment with business needs.
•Supervise and identify deviations in product delivery dates from factories to support product availability at the distribution center.
•Prepare arrival reports to contribute to supply visibility across channels.
•Identify changes in Factory Price (FPRICE) and quantities reported by Order Management to improve planning visibility.

Key Requirements

•Experience in supply planning or procurement, with ability to manage cross-functional coordination.
•Strong analytical skills to identify deviations in delivery dates and availability.
•Familiarity with Demand Planning concepts and merchandising processes.
•Ability to prepare and interpret supply/delivery reports for multiple channels.
•Excellent communication and collaboration with commercial and operations teams.
