Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, coordinate, deliver, and audit training for the Wimborne site, ensuring materials meet required standards and consistency.
  • •Establish and chair a Training Steering Group; oversee and audit internal training and maintain the Train the Trainer approach for site competency.
  • •Capture live training and design, coordinate, and deliver training face to face and virtually, including digitalising shop floor training via recording/editing and interactive models.
  • •Identify SMEs and vital familiarisation/product training needs to build a mix of digital and documented training courses, then (co-)deliver those courses.
  • •Manage training governance: maintain training records (certificates/training contracts), support HR with training plans, budgets, training processes/procedures, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Desired HR, Training, Maths, and English qualifications with technical skills in software applications and filming/editing.
  • •Preferred experience delivering training, technical training, transformation/change management, and continuous improvement (CI) mindset.
  • •Familiarity with working in regulatory training and shop floor training environments.
  • •Understanding of aerospace or an equivalent domain, with ability to design and develop interactive training courses.
  • •Strong communication, presentation, engagement, and change management capabilities.
