Job Summary

Support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis as a key Finance team member. Build and maintain financial models for budgeting and scenario analysis, track KPIs with variance analysis, and deliver monthly/quarterly/annual reports and ad hoc investor and stakeholder materials. Collaborate cross-departmentally to gather data, maintain reporting hygiene for audit scrutiny, and use NetSuite, Abacum, HubSpot, and MS Office to translate financial data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis, and long-term planning.
•Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
•Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports on time.
•Monitor KPIs and perform variance analysis; prepare ad hoc reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
•Maintain reporting hygiene (documentation, supporting schedules, reconciliations) and assist with financial due diligence and data room preparation.
