Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead team in line setup and product changeovers, identifying critical controls and issues.
  • •Provide production run sheets and update production system/case total board with completed case counts for next shift.
  • •Maintain raw material inventory and communicate discrepancies as needed.
  • •Set up and operate multiple packaging machines; keep the line operating and clear of jams.
  • •Maintain GMP, PPE, safety, and quality compliance; assist with quality holds/changeovers and preventative maintenance; support continuous improvement (5S) and line paperwork on KPIs.

Key Requirements

  • •Must have previous mechanical experience.
  • •High School Diploma or GED and/or 1-year production experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Mechanical aptitude with basic troubleshooting and minor adjustment capability.
  • •Good solid computer skills and ability to read and understand machine data.
  • •Ability to lead team activities on the line and comply with GMP, PPE, safety, and quality; must be able to obtain Lockout/Tag out Certification.
