Job Summary

Lead NVIDIA’s intern program in China by managing interns directly and owning program operations end-to-end. Coordinate with technical mentors and cross-functional teams to keep projects on track, track achievements, and surface risks early. Handle day-to-day program logistics (onboarding, offboarding, scheduling, access) and run check-ins, reviews, and presentations. Continuously improve the program based on feedback and outcomes.

•Serve as the direct manager for all interns and own program operations end-to-end.

•Handle program logistics including onboarding, offboarding, scheduling, access, and daily operational needs.
•Facilitate check-ins, reviews, and presentations to maintain transparency of intern work.
•Continuously improve the program based on feedback and outcomes.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
•4+ years of working experience with exposure to coordination or people management, including 1+ year leading experience.
•Strong organizational and communication skills, with proficiency in Chinese and English.
•Technical background sufficient to understand intern and mentor work.
•Ability to work across multiple teams and collaborators simultaneously.
