Key Responsibilities

•Proactively develop outbound client pipelines while efficiently managing inbound client partnership requests.
•Approach partnerships with a consultative mindset, crafting tailored proposals and high-impact pitches for financial institutions.
•Lead clients through technical onboarding and review/proofread technical team responses to ensure seamless, client-friendly communication.
•Actively collect customer insights and share key findings with internal teams to drive product optimization.
•Own a rigorous ‘test and learn’ methodology to constantly optimize acquisition and engagement strategies.

Key Requirements

•Fluent in Turkish and English (professional proficiency)
•Proven track record in B2B sales, account management, or business development in fintech, SaaS, or with financial institutions
•Partnership-first mindset with ability to identify opportunities, articulate value, and negotiate to convert leads into strategic partners
•Highly organized with strong time management skills and ability to own responsibilities and meet deadlines
•Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, Slack, and collaboration tools
