Deliver live, 11-week online Paralegal Studies courses within an ABA-approved program, teaching practical legal research, writing, document preparation, and case analysis. Create engaging, student-centered learning experiences while fostering inclusion and responding to learners within 24 hours. Evaluate progress, maintain records, and collaborate with Teaching Assistants, peers, and staff to continuously improve curriculum and assessment. Integrate legal technology and AI tools where appropriate.

•Create and maintain an inclusive, supportive learning environment that promotes active student participation.
•Provide timely feedback and respond to student inquiries within 24 hours.
•Host weekly office hours and work with Teaching Assistants, while retaining responsibility for substantive evaluation and feedback.
•Evaluate student progress, maintain grade records, submit mid/end-quarter evaluations, and participate in faculty and program review activities.

Salary: USD 5,000 - 8,000

Key Requirements

•J.D., and/or a master’s degree in legal studies (or related field), or equivalent professional qualifications in paralegal education or legal practice.
•Demonstrated legal experience across areas such as litigation, corporate law, family law, contracts, compliance, government, or public interest practice.
•Knowledge of the paralegal profession and the paralegal’s role on legal services delivery (experience working with or as a paralegal strongly preferred).
•At least 2 years of teaching experience at the college/university level.
•Comfort with digital tools and platforms, including LMS and video conferencing, and the ability to incorporate legal technology and AI-powered educational tools into instruction.
