D365 Operations Lead - Mumbai

Lead the regional operational implementation of the D365 system across key areas (supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, service delivery), coordinating cross-functional integration with regional leads and stakeholders. Serve as the primary liaison between the D365 deployment team and operations, advocate for business change, oversee data validation, and build a regional Change Champion network to drive adoption and continuous improvement.
