Key Responsibilities

•Own the end-to-end development lifecycle, from design and coding to testing and deployment of high-quality, scalable custom solutions on the Salesforce platform.
•Develop and customize complex solutions within Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, and related revenue operations capabilities to support the entire lead-to-cash lifecycle.
•Design and implement AI-powered workflows and experiences leveraging Agentforce, in close partnership with our Business Technology and AI teams.
•Partner with Solutions Architects and Business Analysts to translate business requirements into well-architected, secure, and performant technical solutions.
•Lead the implementation of complex development projects and integrations with third-party systems across our go-to-market and back-office stack.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with a proven track record of building custom applications and integrations.
•Proven, in-depth experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ is mandatory.
•Experience designing and implementing Agentforce-based solutions to deliver AI-powered experiences, copilots, and automated workflows on Salesforce.
•Expertise in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce; experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk) and building complex system integrations.
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
