Job Summary

Support presentations, demos, and technical explanations for prospective and existing customers in partnership with sales and senior SEs. Learn customers’ business challenges and technical requirements, connect Snowflake value to solution proposals, and help prepare and execute PoCs to support decision-making across the sales cycle. Continuously build expertise in data, cloud, and AI, collaborate with internal product and engineering teams, and share field learnings to improve the customer experience.

•Partner with sales and senior SEs to support presentations, demos, and technical explanations for prospects and existing customers.
•Understand customer business problems and technical requirements and connect them to solution proposals.
•Support preparation and execution of PoCs/technical evaluations to drive customer decisions throughout the sales cycle.
•Continuously learn data, cloud, and AI advancements and deepen understanding of competitive technologies and related vendors.
•Collaborate with internal teams (product, engineering, marketing) and share on-the-ground learnings and customer feedback.

Key Requirements

•Maintain strong interest in SaaS, cloud, data platforms, analytics, and AI, and commit to continuous learning.
•Explain technical content clearly to customers or internal teams.
•Have foundational understanding of databases, data warehouses, ETL, analytics, and cloud technologies (or the ability to catch up quickly).
•Have basic knowledge of SQL and data utilization, or hands-on experience.
•Be able to understand customer problems and connect them to solution proposals; be comfortable with Japanese and working in English.
