Key Responsibilities

  • •Work across the stack (frontend, backend, API, data processors) to solve customer problems and ship features
  • •Collaborate daily with Product Managers, Designers, Ops, and other Engineers to shape product direction
  • •Share knowledge and raise the craft of others; mentor teammates and contribute to team learning
  • •Contribute to psychological safety and healthy team dynamics
  • •Assist in interviewing and hiring other Engineers

Salary: USD 148,000 - 230,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of professional Software Engineer experience
  • •Experience with a couple of languages in Middesk’s stack (React, Redux, Ruby, Rails, Postgres; Scala, Python, and Go are a plus)
  • •Understanding of SaaS business fundamentals (e.g., ARR, CAC, ACV) and how your work influences metrics
  • •Experience at a high-growth, venture-backed startup or startup founder returning to a software role
  • •Ability to work across the stack (frontend, backend, API, data processing) and collaborate with Product, Design, and Ops
