Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

•Define and own the Europe partner strategy in alignment with Cyble's global GTM framework and develop annual/quarterly partner plans with revenue targets and activation milestones
•Recruit, onboard, and activate net-new partners across key European markets; design enablement programs including sales training and certification pathways
•Own partner sales motion and revenue target; drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced deals and track KPIs like ARR and deal registrations
•Maintain accurate partner pipeline reporting; collaborate with global teams to deliver a cohesive partner experience and feed feedback into roadmap
•Represent Cyble at industry events and ensure effective executive relationships with partner leadership

Travel: High travel

Salary: USD 100,000 - 225,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years in partner management, channel sales, or alliance roles within cybersecurity
•Proven track record building and scaling partner ecosystems from early stage, including MSSPs, SI, and consulting firm partnerships
•Experience owning and exceeding partner-sourced revenue targets in a quota-carrying capacity
•Prior exposure to threat intelligence, SOC services, MDR, or dark web monitoring is a strong advantage
•Strategic thinker with the ability to translate regional market dynamics into a concrete partner plan
