Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage overall project schedule quality, including logic, clarity, and date/scope accuracy.
  • •Collaborate with other planners and execution functions to ensure schedule quality and alignment with project scope.
  • •Support project management with lookaheads, schedule risks/mitigation, and schedule opportunities.
  • •Provide reports that help project management make decisions to deliver on-time and on-budget.
  • •Interact with the customer to provide schedule updates and explain challenges and opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or relevant experience.
  • •Experience in planning, ideally oil & gas/subsea or large-scale mechanical manufacturing/controls equipment.
  • •Experience using Primavera P6 to plan a large project.
  • •Ability to link schedule status to execution reality and understand schedule risks/opportunities.
  • •Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to collaborate with planners and stakeholders.
