•Greet customers and provide friendly, professional support at the parts counter.
•Accurately identify and recommend automotive parts based on customer and technician needs.
•Source and order complex automotive parts for customers and the internal shop team.
•Process sales transactions, including parts orders and returns, and maintain an organized parts area.
•Provide technical support on parts compatibility and installation while handling customer inquiries and concerns.
