Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, drafting minutes, and following up on actions and communications
  • •Serve as receptionist: answer incoming calls, maintain phone lists, and welcome guests
  • •Manage general office administration including office upkeep and coordination with building management for maintenance and access
  • •Process incoming/outgoing mail and faxes/packages, and support office orders (computers, supplies, business cards)
