Job Summary

Lead and optimize NVIDIA’s IC reliability labs in Yokneam, overseeing a team of technicians and engineers. You’ll manage reliability testing of NVIDIA ICs on ATE and evaluation boards, maintain lab equipment and stock, ensure QA procedures, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced hardware R&D environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead various types of reliability tests for NVIDIA ICs and oversee NVIDIA reliability labs and equipment worth multi-millions of dollars, including IQC, OQC, IC inventory management and shipments.
•Manage ATE systems, evaluation boards, and reliability equipment used in testing.
•Directly manage a team of Technicians and Operators, including day-to-day management, prioritization, focal reviews, and training.
•Maintain and operate laboratory equipment (ATE, HTOL systems, scopes, DVMs) to minimize downtime and ensure timely results.
•Develop and enforce QA practices, Q&R tasks, and strict execution methodologies across the lab.

Key Requirements

•Electronic or Practical Engineer education with relevant experience.
•At least 5 years of proven management experience of IC test and reliability labs.
•Team management experience of 5+ technicians/operators/practical engineers.
•Excellent solid understanding of Automated Test Equipment (Reliability equipment such as HTOL’s, dual chamber ovens, IC testers and System Level test).
•Knowledge in operating laboratory equipment such as Oscilloscope, DVM etc.
