Lead the engineering group behind an AI-driven indoor mapping platform—owning technical direction, delivery, and team health. Drive the end-to-end map creation pipeline (CAD/IMDF/image ingestion, automated feature extraction, QA, exports) and the rendering/SDK layer that exposes maps to customers and partners. Set quality and throughput metrics, apply AI/ML to automate and improve accuracy, and partner across product, forward-deployed delivery, and mapping operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and grow the mapping engineering team, owning hiring, performance, development, and retention.
•Own the roadmap and delivery for the end-to-end map creation pipeline, including ingestion, feature extraction, AI-assisted authoring, QA, and exports.
•Own the SDK and rendering layer that draws and exposes maps to customers and partners through the platform and apps.
•Drive AI/ML to automate map creation, improving accuracy while reducing manual effort toward customer-assisted/self-serve generation.
•Own data quality and throughput by defining accuracy/consistency/turnaround metrics and building observability to measure and improve them.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 175,000 - 225,000 annually
