Key Responsibilities

  • •Design the crypto assets trading products for spot and derivatives, including order management, margin checks, trading risk engine, matching engine, and related modules.
  • •Collaborate with Legal, Compliance and Local Market teams to design robust and scalable trading infrastructure for regulated markets.
  • •Conduct industry and customer research to identify innovations to keep the trading system leading in crypto and TradFi.
  • •Develop a sophisticated data monitoring system to gain comprehensive situation awareness of the trading system and industry trends.
  • •Provide short and medium-term product iteration plans and roadmaps based on product lifecycle, competition, and resource considerations.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong teamwork and communication, with ability to coordinate resources across departments
