Job Summary

Lead the design and delivery of trading infrastructure products for spot and derivatives, including order management, margin checks, risk engines, and matching, while collaborating with Legal, Compliance and Local Market teams to meet regulatory needs. Define short/medium-term roadmaps, monitor progress across multiple squads, and translate market and customer requirements into scalable features for a trading system handling billions in daily volume.

Key Responsibilities

•Design the crypto assets trading products for spot and derivatives, including order management, margin checks, trading risk engine, matching engine, and related modules.
•Collaborate with Legal, Compliance and Local Market teams to design robust and scalable trading infrastructure for regulated markets.
•Conduct industry and customer research to identify innovations to keep the trading system leading in crypto and TradFi.
•Develop a sophisticated data monitoring system to gain comprehensive situation awareness of the trading system and industry trends.
•Provide short and medium-term product iteration plans and roadmaps based on product lifecycle, competition, and resource considerations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in mathematics, physics, or computer science
•5+ years of experience building sophisticated backend systems in either crypto or Traditional Finance
•Fluent in English and Mandarin (to communicate with Mandarin speaking clients / cross-teams)
•Strong teamwork and communication, with ability to coordinate resources across departments
•Proactive, enthusiastic and sensitive to customer feedback from a product lens
