Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and develop structural simulation models to substantiate engineering designs for structural mechanics and dynamics technology.
  • •Understand product requirements (CTQs) for systems, sub-systems, and components with internal and external customers.
  • •Develop and deploy digital prototype methodologies for electrical problems across Eaton product lines to support an “analysis first” strategy.
  • •Coordinate with stakeholders to define static and vibration analysis requirements for Eaton electrical products.
  • •Interpret, summarize, and communicate analysis results; validate analysis approaches against test outcomes and provide technical recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree (MS/MTech/M.E) in Mechanical/Automobile/Aerospace/Applied Mechanics Engineering (full-time).
  • •Maximum 1-2 years of experience in structural analysis for mechanical and electrical/electronic products in a multinational engineering organization.
  • •Thorough knowledge of Finite Element Analysis, Strength of Materials, Machine Design, Theory of Vibration, and Vibration Fatigue.
  • •Hands-on experience with CAE tools such as ANSYS-Workbench, Abaqus, and n-Code.
  • •Excellent English communication (oral and written), presentation skills, and ability to work in a team.
